We stayed at this property and were absolutely delighted. From the very first moment, the house exceeded all our expectations and became the perfect setting for our family vacation.What impressed us the most was the comfort of the eight bedrooms. Each one is perfectly equipped with extremely comfortable beds, high-quality linens, and excellent privacy. It was a luxury for a large group like ours to accommodate everyone without sacrificing a bit of comfort; every guest had their own ideal space to rest.The design of the common areas is spectacular. The living room is incredibly spacious and elegant, featuring sophisticated furniture and tasteful decor that invites you to chat and relax. On the other hand, the kitchen is a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking: large, modern, with beautiful countertops, and fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. Both spaces flow naturally, allowing us to socialize comfortably without ever feeling crowded.The highlight of our stay was definitely the indoor pool. We spent hours of pure fun in it. Since it is covered, we could enjoy it at any time of the day without worrying about the weather or direct sunlight. It is the perfect recreational space for both kids and adults.

If you are planning a trip with a large group, you have to check out this absolute gem of a house! We just stayed here and completely fell in love with every single corner.

We had a fantastic stay Villa Del Mar. The pictures don’t do the view justice, it is truly stunning. We spent countless hours in the pool looking down to the ocean and watching the whales entertain nearby boats. The house manager Hugo is fantastic, very helpful and welcoming. The other staff were top notch too. We enjoyed massages at the villa and Hugo and his team prepared one of the best dinners we’ve had in years. We’ve been to Cabo a few times before this trip but never stayed in Pedregal and really enjoyed it. It is walkable down to the marina but we aware that the walk back up is a work out with the hills. Would absolutely stay here again.

We just spent 9 days with our family at this villa. We were 6 adults and 5 children 5 and under.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for us and having the heated pool was ideal as the kids were in it from the time they were up until bedtime.

Any questions we had were answered immediately from our host.

The home is situated in an area that makes it easy to take back roads to and from the attractions which is very handy.

The water park in the resort was also a hit with the kids.

My family and I loved staying at Abishan’s place. We felt right at home! The villa was so spacious and clean. I loved having an outdoor space and the pool was nicely heated that even on cooler days we could enjoy the homes amenities. Abishan was very responsive and so helpful via the air b n b app chat. Would definitely be back!

We stayed five nights over New Year’s and had the most spectacular time! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt like kings and queens. Hugo, the house manager, is the absolute best. Anything we needed, he got for us! Communication was excellent. We had a few high-maintenance individuals, and the quality of the house and staff blew them away. The view, pool, and hot tub cannot be beat! I highly recommend having the staff make a few dinners; they were delicious! They provided a bartender daily, which was a nice perk. If possible, request Marcos; he makes the best Margaritas! The house staff was attentive but not too overbearing. All in all, we had a wonderful time!

Abishan was a great host. The house, pool and clubhouse were better than described. We visit Florida often and this was by far the best house my family has made memories in. Thank you.

Upon arrival, check in was smooth. Even allowed us to check in early. We stay for 11 days. My housemate and myself found every space of the house to be beautifully arranged. Spacious. With ample space for everyone. We requested pool heat and omg what a delight after a long day of enjoying the city and surrounding cities. We also enjoy the resort. Minuture golf. The water park while enjoy a lot of adult cocktails. The arcade was dope and free. My son enjoyed the basketball courts and the access to the gym. 10/10 the house is more than what was expected. I honestly loved that the kitchen was fully equipment with pretty much everything need. Our stay was all of amazing

This place was nothing short of amazing for my family. It was very clean, and perfect for my family of 10. The host was very responsive and practice in making sure all our needs were met!! I would highly recommend this home to anyone!!!

The house was beautiful looked just like the pictures. We loved options of our own pool and the resort waterpark. Also it was easy drive to Disney parks.

Great home, many amenities, and the kids loved it! The pool was perfect. The kids utilized it everyday up until the time we had to leave. Abishan was very responsive and communication was quick and easy. The club house has a lot for the kids to do, although the slides were all down for repairs, we still enjoyed it. We will definitely keep this home in mind next time we come back to Orlando!
